Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala held consultation with UML leaders Monday morning.
UML’s acting general secretary Amrit Kumar Bohara and former general secretary Madhav Kumar Nepal reached Baluwatar early morning to discuss the formation of new government and convening the sitting of the constituent assembly.
Nepali Congress leaders Krishna Prasad Sitaula and Peace Minister Ram Chandra Poudel were also present during the meeting.
PM Koirala, who met with Maoist chairman Prachanda Sunday, also discussed the proclamation of republic through the first sitting of the CA and unity among the parties until a new constitution is drafted.
The leaders of two parties also agreed to call a meeting of the coalition of seven parties before convening the CA session
